What's the minimum budget you take on?

We work from roughly $25,000 for intimate private rooms (30–80 guests, single venue, full-stack production) and scale up to multi-million-dollar summits. Below $25k we'll point you to one of our junior partner studios rather than pretend the maths work.

How far in advance do you need the brief?

Accepted Answer

For a multi-day summit (500+ guests) — 4 to 6 months. For a private night, dinner or activation — 4 to 8 weeks gives us full creative range. We've turned around 96-hour briefs in our home cities (Dubai, Phuket, Hong Kong), but expect compromises on venue and headline talent.

Who handles permits, venue contracts and on-site risk?

We do. The GYG team owns venue negotiations, permits, AV vendor contracts, security, insurance and the run-of-show. Your team gives us the brief; we hand back a key event and a single point of contact for the night.

What happens if a keynote or headline talent drops out 48 hours before?

We carry a B-roster on every major show — confirmed-on-standby speakers for summits and a rolodex of A-list DJs and hosts for parties. In 7 years and 300+ events, no headline cancellation has cancelled the event itself.
